1. Purchase and Redemption:

- The Photography Session Gift Certificate ("Certificate") is available for purchase by individuals aged 18 and older.

- The purchaser acknowledges that this Certificate is intended for use by the recipient and is non-transferable.

2. Payment and Refunds:

- Payment for the Certificate must be made in full at the time of purchase.

- The purchaser understands that all sales of the Certificate are final and non-refundable.

3. Certificate Delivery:

- Certificates are typically delivered electronically via email, and the purchaser should ensure that the provided email address is accurate.

- The purchaser should contact the seller if there are any issues with Certificate delivery or if a physical certificate is required (if available).

4. Expiry and Validity:

- The Certificate is valid for the photography session specified on the certificate itself.

- The recipient must redeem the Certificate within the validity period, which is usually one year from the date of issuance.

- The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the recipient is aware of and adheres to the expiry date.

5. Lost or Stolen Certificates:

- The purchaser understands that the Certificate is treated like cash and will not be reissued or replaced if lost or stolen.

6. Usage Restrictions:

- The Certificate covers the photography session fee only and does not include additional services, products, or prints unless otherwise specified.

- Multiple Certificates may not be combined for a single session unless explicitly allowed by the photographer.

7. Copyright and Usage Rights:

- The purchaser acknowledges that the photographer retains the copyright of all images taken during the session.

- Images may be used for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.

8. Governing Law:

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Terms and Conditions for Recipient of Photography Session Gift Certificate

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this Photography Session Gift Certificate ("Certificate"). By redeeming this Certificate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Redemption and Expiry:

- This Certificate is valid for the photography session specified on the certificate itself. If not specified the certificate is only good for application towards a session fee and not valid for us on purchases of prints/products.

- It must be redeemed within one year from the date of issuance.

- Expiry dates are non-extendable, and certificates will not be redeemable after this period.

2. Appointment Scheduling:

- To redeem this Certificate and schedule your photography session, contact the photographer at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

- Scheduling is subject to the photographer's availability, and sessions may be rescheduled if unforeseen circumstances arise.

3. Location and Travel:

- Photography sessions may take place at a location mutually agreed upon by the client and the photographer.

- Travel expenses to the session location may not be included and may be the responsibility of the client.

4. Usage Restrictions:

- This Certificate is valid for the photography session fee only and does not cover any additional services, products, or prints unless otherwise specified.
